WARNING: Do not uncheck 'safe mode' unless you are comfortable with running your system at high clock speeds. Extended use may harm your computer. Use this program at your own risk. CPU Throttler will self-terminate after 5 minutes, even with safe mode off. CPU Throttler can place an extreme load on your CPU (PC or Mac). It can also crash your browser and lock your system, so please be careful! Click the green button to add load to your system - each click adds more load. Click the red button to stop. Use the black multiplier buttons to add or subtract multiple amounts. Click the green button to apply the multiplier. Safe Mode automatically reduces the load to zero after two minutes. Load set into the thousands or millions will probably lock your browser. If the boats are stationary and are not rocking - your system is being severely throttled. Windows: use Task Manager/Performance tab to see CPU usage. Mac: use applications/utilities/Activity Monitor. Please leave any suggestions in the comments section on the main page.
